Apple Inc. has planning to release its first augmented and virtual reality device with a 3D sensor system. A new iPad Pro realise as soon as possible the first half of 2020 and new feature module with two camera sensors, up from one on the current model, and a small hole for the 3-D system, letting people create three-dimensional reconstructions of rooms, objects and people. Another technology called California-based technology giant also want to add a sensor to new high-end iPhones later in 2020, along with 5G network capabilities, said by the company.
Apple aims to realise a combined VR and AR headset with a focus on gaming, watching a video and virtual meeting. Originally, Apple had intended to have the technology for its initial headset which is ready in 2019 and release in 2020. Tim Cook, Chief Executive Officer has talked up AR for some time, and the technology is the core of Apple’s next big hardware push beyond the iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. In this, the new 3-D sensor system will be a centrepiece. From several years, this development was in pipeline and also a more advanced version of the Face ID sensor on the front of Apple’s latest model said to the public.
