Adani Transmission which is a part of diversified Adani Group has said that it has raised Rs 500 crore through allotment of non-convertible debentures on private placement basis.
Adani Transmission has said in a BSE filing that “The company has raised Rs 500 crore… on June 3, 2016 by allotment of 5,000 rated, listed, taxable, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures… on private placement basis.
It further said that the NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE.
