After recording a 66% annual jump in its net profit to Rs 628 crore in the fourth quarter of CY22, Nestle India also announced a final dividend of Rs 75 per equity share for 2022.

The company’s Board of Directors (BOD) has set April 21, 2023, as the record date for defining the entitlement of the associates to the Final Dividend for the year 2022. The company works according to the December-January financial year.

The income of the FMCG major, Nestle India, rose by 14% to Rs 4,257 crore in the December quarter, in contradiction of its proceeds of Rs 3,748 crore in the same quarter in the preceding financial year.

The final dividend for the year 2022 was permitted by the associates of the 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The reimbursement date of the dividend is fixed to be May 8, 2023, and forwards.

Nestle India’s shares were trading 2% higher at Rs 19631.05 per share on BSE on Thursday. The company shares have been reuniting since yesterday.

The company also proclaimed the choosing of Svetlana Boldina as the corporation’s Additional Director and Whole-time Director. Svetlana Boldina is a Russian national and an engineering professional who graduated from Moscow Telecommunication University. She has been functioning in the Nestle group for over 25 years and has fingered the company’s bazaar in Russia, Eastern Europe, and Indonesia with solid functioning.
