Neo Group, a premier wealth and asset management firm, has managed to raise Rs 400 crore in its recent round of fundraising, which was led by MUFG and Euclidean Capital, along with participation from existing investor Peak XV Partners.

According to Nitin Jain, Chairman & MD of Neo Group, the new capital will be used towards the expansion plans of the company into Tier-II and Tier-III cities in India and international offices across key global financial hubs.

The Neo Group has plans to establish new offices, recruit many new bankers, and make the necessary investments in these regions in the next 12 to 18 months.

The Group plans to establish full-fledged offices in Dubai, Singapore, London, and New York, with these international offices expected to be operational within the next 2 years.

The company’s asset management division will launch a second private credit fund by December, aiming for a size close to a billion dollars, following the success of its first fund, which closed at approximately Rs 2,600 crore.

Singapore-based Syfe has raised $27 million in an all-equity funding round to boost its expansion across Asia, with backing from Valar Ventures, Unbound, and two UK family offices.

Founder and chief executive officer Dhruv Arora said the new funds will be used to strengthen its key markets further: Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.

Syfe is exploring acquisitions to boost its expansion and growth in Asia, particularly in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.

In Singapore alone, the firm serves more than 100,000 active users, with its average assets under management per user more than doubling despite the market’s volatility, aspiring to achieve $50-100 billion in AUM.
