Shares of NBCC Ltd. rose by 1% to a day’s high of Rs 192 on 2 September after the company announced it had won orders collectively worth Rs 182.5 crore from Oil India and the Indian Statistical Institute Delhi Centre on Monday.
The order from Oil India is worth Rs 180 crore. It involves constructing two multi-story residential buildings (G+6), an office building, and a recreation centre with an auditorium at the Oil Pipeline Headquarters in Guwahati.
Additionally, the company will carry out the rehabilitation of the Platinum Jubilee Hostel at the ISI Delhi Centre in New Delhi, valued at Rs 2.5 crore.
Over the weekend, the company’s board approved a bonus issue of one share for every two shares (1:2) held by shareholders as of the record date.

So far in 2024, the stock has risen massively, with gains of 129%. The company’s market capitalisation rose to Rs 33,732 crore.
