MyGlamm has bought BabyChakra to grow its content, community, and commerce business in South Asia. MyGlamm and BabyChakra will fund Rs 100 crore to establish India’s most considerable mom-baby content to commerce platform in the upcoming three years.
Naiyya Saggi, Founder and CEO of BabyChakra, will join MyGlamm as co-founder and create the mom-baby platform while also building the whole community vertical for the group. BabyChakra will be focused on establishing a trusted brand in the mom child segment. While BabyChakra’s digital assets and solutions have already reached about 25 million families, the partnership with MyGlamm will accelerate its mission on the direct to consumer (D2C) e-commerce side.
