Courtyard by Marriott is planning to build the company name in the Noida region for the first time ever in collaboration with the Delhi NCR-based real estate developer Trehan Iris. 

As a part of the agreement, a Marriott hotel will come up at the Iris Broadway that is a mixed-use development in Greater Noida West. The hotel will have 135 rooms and banquet facilities that have a capacity of over 2,000 plus people. 

Furthermore, the hotel will have two large banquet halls, a swimming pool with a deck and floating bar, and terraces. The Courtyard by Marriott is set to be operational by 2027. 

Moreover, the company said that the hotel will also offer an all-day dining restaurant with outdoor seating. 

Ranju Alex, Area Vice President for South Asia, Marriott International, said, “We are very pleased to collaborate with Trehan Iris to bring the Courtyard by Marriott brand to Greater Noida West – Uttar Pradesh. With over 25 operational hotels in India, bolstered with a robust pipeline, Courtyard by Marriott continues to drive a substantial segment of our growth portfolio in the country.”

Iris Broadway is a retail Led mixed use development that spans over 3.4 acres in Greater Noida West sector ECOTECH-XII. This project is being developed for a total investment of Rs 400 crore, and this will also have a high-rise office tower. 

Greater Noida West, commonly referred to as Noida Extension, is a rapidly developing residential and commercial area near Delhi and Noida. Known for its strategic location, the region is becoming a prime hub for new housing developments, shopping complexes, and a variety of dining options. Its proximity to major cities makes it an attractive destination for both living and investment.
