Mamaearth and Apollo Pharmacy Enter into a Partnership for Wider Consumer Accessibility

Mamaearth is the fastest-growing BPC in India to reach an annual revenue of Rs 10 billion.

Honasa Consumer Limited’s renowned brand Mamaearth has partnered up with Pharmacy chain Apollo Pharmacy to retail its range of personal care and baby care products.

As of August 2023, around 5,000 stores of Apollo Pharmacy have started selling Mamaearth’s products and increasing the product’s accessibility to consumers nationwide.

Mamaearth is the fastest-growing BPC in India to reach an annual revenue of Rs 10 billion within six years of its launch.

Varun Alagh, Co-founder and CEO of Honasa Consumer Limited said, “This agreement is an extension of our endeavour to make safe and natural products accessible to consumers across India. With Apollo Pharmacy’s extensive retail network, we can now reach even more consumers who prioritise clean and sustainable beauty and personal care products.”

Madhava Krishna, Business Head, Apollo Pharmacy, said they saw a growing demand for Mamaearth products at their stores since its launch. They see potential in the partnership and believe that business will flourish more.

Mamaearth is widely known for its dedication to delivering toxin-free products and has built a successful brand image and devoted customers for its novel product range.

This partnership can play a critical role in helping Mamaearth expand and create an even stronger customer base and wider reach for its products.

According to the data provided by Apollo Pharmacy from August 2023, products like Onion Shampoo, Ubtan Face Wash, and the Moisturising Bath Bar for children are the top-selling products in Mamaearth’s product line.
