Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services said on Monday that it had raised Rs 275 crore through the private placement of bonds.
The company said in a regulatory filing that a board meeting was held on October 31, 2022, to approve the allotment of 2,750 guaranteed redeemable principal-guaranteed non-convertible market-linked bonds.
The bonds have a face value of Rs 10 lakh each for a total value of Rs 275 crore. Shares of Mahindra Finance at Rs 202.25 were down 1.68% on the BSE.
