Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd were trading in the green and 1% higher on 8 October after the company announced signing a licensing agreement for a new property in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
In its regulatory filing, the company said that they have signed a licensing agreement for Lemon Tree Hotels, Udaipur and will be operational in fiscal year 2027, which will be managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels.
The Lemon Tree Hotels, Udaipur, will have 54 well-appointed rooms, a meeting room, a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre.
Earlier in September, the company signed a licence agreement for a hotel at Sasan Gir, Gujarat that will be open in fiscal year 2026. The new property will have 74 well-appointed rooms, a meeting room, a restaurant, a spa, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre.
In August, the company signed a new hotel in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh and is expected to be operational in FY27.
The shares of the company touched a 52-week high of Rs 158.05 on 6 May 2024 and 52-week low of Rs 100.75 on 26 October 2023.
At 2:08 pm, the shares of Lemon Tree Hotels were trading 0.40% higher at Rs 114.49 on NSE.
