Laxmi Organic Industries informed about the temporary suspension of production for twenty-one days at its Raigad Plant.
From 21 August to 10 September, the company located at Mahad Industrial Area, MIDC, Raigad, Maharashtra, shut down for 21 days to undertake and attend the planned maintenance activities. Now the company has completed the maintenance work, and the plants have started the operation in a staggered manner. The company will start in the next few weeks to increase production capacity.

On a consolidated basis, the company’s net profit fell 36.6 per cent to Rs 64.86 crore on a 2.8 per cent rise in net sales to Rs 756.61 crore in the first quarter of FY23 as compared with the first quarter of FY22. Laxmi Organic Industries’ shares declined 4.10 per cent to Rs 336.40 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
