KPI Green Energy Shares hit a 52-week high of Rs 934.80 in the early trade on 25 August after the company received its commissioning certificates for its wind-solar hybrid project.
KPI Green Energy has received commissioning certificates from the GEDA (Gujarat Energy Development Agency) for a 4.10-megawatt (MW) wind-solar hybrid power project in Bharuch, Gujarat, comprising 2.10 MW of wind and 2 MW of solar capacity.
The company has made all the necessary arrangements to sell the power generated out of this wind-solar hybrid power project to commercial and industrial clients.
On 16 August, the company entered into an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology Limited, which is a subsidiary of Mahatma Phule Backward Class Development Corporation, a government undertaking of Maharashtra.
Through this collaboration, the company aims to build a significant strategic partnership to advance diverse projects in the realm of renewable energy.
At 11:00 am, the shares of KPI Green Energy were trading at Rs 905.40 or 4.49% above its previous close on NSE.
