Kotak Mahindra Bank has received its shareholders approval for raising up to Rs 65,000 crore for funding business expansion.
The bank has said in a filing to BSE that the decision to this effect has been taken in the Annual General Meeting held in Mumbai.
It said that the shareholders of the bank gave approval to borrow in excess of the paid up capital and free reserves but not exceeding Rs 60,000 crore.
