IVRCL, the infrastructure firm said that it has acquired a project worth 2.196 billion Saudi Arabian riyal (around Rs 3,624 crore) for the construction of residential complexes in Saudi Arabia.
The work scope of this EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) project includes designing and building mass housing and external land and infrastructure development in three locations Dharan Al Janoube, Al Qahmah and Asir Region (ABHA), Saudi Arabia, a regulatory filing said.
The project also covers the construction of apartments, villas, administrative buildings and sewage treatment units it said and added that about 513 buildings are to be constructed for three sites. There will be a further requirements of designing and execution of all civil, structural, architectural, electrical, sanitary, air conditioning and mechanical works that is to be completed in about 36 months, it added.
