InterGlobe Aviation,Indigo’s parent, according to a regulatory filing, has raised approx Rs. 3,795 crore by selling shares to institutional investors.
A filing to the BSE said that, company’s issue of securities committee of the board has approved an allotment of approx 3.36 crore shares at a price of Rs.1,130 per share.
Total amount from the sale of these shares to qualified institutional buyers will be approx Rs.3,795 crore. Further, from the total amount fresh issue of shares will be around Rs. 2,530 crore.
