On Sunday, India’s second-largest software services firm Infosys reported a 3.2% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 5,360 crore in the April-June quarter.
The Bengaluru-based IT company posted a net profit of Rs 5,195 crore in the same period last year.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, in the just-ended June quarter, its revenue rose 23.6% to Rs 34,470 crore from Rs 27,896 crore a year ago.
Infosys has raised its full-year FY23 revenue forecast to 14-16% from its previous 13-15% forecast due to growth in the first quarter and a strong demand outlook.
