On Friday, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (IBREL) reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 59.80 crore for the quarter ended March 2022. The company posted a net profit of Rs 94.41 crore in the same period last year.

Total revenue for the fourth quarter of FY22 fell to Rs 2,724.9 crore from Rs 759.50 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. For the entire 2021-22 financial year, the company posted a net loss of Rs 136.73 crore compared to Rs 4.30 crore during the last year.
Total revenue for 2021-22 fell to Rs 1,541.36 crore from Rs 1,662.05 crore in FY21.
