Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd’s shares have traded 1.5 per cent at Rs 186.55.  The stock’s 52-week high price stood at Rs 456.9 and the 52-week low price at Rs 81.25. The stock had closed at Rs 189.4 in the previous session. Sensex has traded 256.8 points higher at 39013.43 around the same time. The scrip has declined 56.03 per cent in the last one year till date, while the 30-share index has gained 5.03 per cent during the same period. Trading volume on the counter stood at 579,943 shares, while it quoted a price-to-earnings ratio of 4.77, an EPS value of 39.08 and a price-to-book value of 0.26. In the Nifty50 pack, 33 stocks traded in the green, while 16 stocks were in the red. In June, the promoter held 23.43 per cent stake. Meanwhile, the foreign institutional investors (FII) and MF ownership stood at 38.28 per cent and 0.17 per cent, respectively.
