Indiabulls Housing Finance has raised Rs 600 crore through issue of debt securities on a private placement basis.
The amount that has been raised is a part of company’s plans of raising Rs 6,000 crore for business growth.
The board of Indiabulls Housing has authorised to allot the seventh tranche of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 600 crore.
It has said in a regulatory filing that of the tranche, Rs 100 crore was a part of the green-shoe option.
