Hero Electric said Monday that it has partnered with EVIFY, a technology-based electric vehicle logistics company. Under the partnership, Hero Electric will deploy 1,000 electric scooters for EVIFY over the next two years. Hero Electric said in a statement that the first 50 units are already in production and will be delivered next month. In addition, the company will provide 500 electric vehicles by the end of the year, deployed by EVIFY in multiple Tier 2/3 cities, it added.

“The B2B partnership will allow the EV industry to exchange and leverage partners’ expertise and strengths to achieve a zero-emissions vision. To achieve this vision, we are partnering with EVIFY to support their vision of electrifying the last-mile delivery sector,” said Hero Electric CEO Sohinder Gill. He added that the company will leverage its resources and support more such partners.
