HAL’s Stock Climbed 3% Over Strong Q3 Results, Declaration of Interim Dividend

HAL now holds the status of the 14th PSU, increasing its operational and financial independence even further.

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) shares jumped 3.05% today after the aerospace company released its financial results for the October to December quarter. 

HAL posted a 7% rise in its revenue to Rs 6,061.3 crore in the third quarter of FY24 from Rs 5,665.54 crore in the same quarter in the previous year. 

The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) increased 9.2% to Rs 1,261.51 crore in Q3FY24 from Rs 1,155.19 crore in Q3FY23.

Further, the company’s board of directors declared their first interim dividend of Rs 22 per fully paid-up equity share with a face value of Rs 5 each for the financial year 2023-24. The record date for the interim dividend payment is fixed as February 20, 2024.

At 2:31 pm, HAL’s shares were trading at Rs 2,924, a 2.74% increment from its previous close.
