Gruh Finance, board of directors has recommended issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to shareholders of the company, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
The board has also recommended a dividend of Rs.3.30 per equity share of face value of Rs.2 each for the financial year ended March 31,2018. Furthermore, it has also given approval for the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on May 30,2018.
