The Good Glamm Group has acquired a majority stake in Sirona in an all-cash deal worth Rs 100 crore. The early investors of Siron have exited while Good Glamm has committed a Rs 100 crore of investment in the company, Darpan Sanghvi, Founder and CEO of The Good Glamm Group, said. “In the next three years, Good Glamm will complete the purchase to gain 100 per cent control of the startup,” Sanghvi added.
Sirona has been profitable for the last three years. “We are growing steadily and currently have a Rs 50 crore of revenue run rate,” said Deep Bajaj, founder and CEO of Sirona Hygiene. With this acquisition, Good Glamm will enter the female hygiene market and will grow it further. Good Glamm has acquired five brands Baby Chakra, The Moms Co, ScoopWhoop, and MissMalini Entertainment since the beginning of the year. The company have an annualised revenue run rate of $150 million.
