On Friday, Gold and silver rates fell in the morning trade, with 10 grams of the yellow metal at Rs 50,560 after a downfall of Rs 220. Meanwhile, silver is traded at Rs 56,150 per kg after a downfall of Rs 250. Also, 22-carat gold is traded at Rs 46,350.
In Kolkata and Mumbai, 24-carat gold sells at Rs 50,560 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is trading at Rs 46,350, respectively. In Delhi, 24-carat gold is trading at Rs 50,730, and 22-carat gold is trading at Rs 46,500 per 10 gm.
On 21 October 2022, Gold prices were set as US Treasury yields in the second week. Spot gold was flat at $1,627.20 per ounce as of 0118 GMT and fell 0.8 per cent this week. US gold futures decrease by 0.4 per cent to $1,630.10.
The world’s largest gold-backed Holdings of SPDR Gold Trust for exchange-traded fund fell 0.19 per cent to 930.99 tonnes. In Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata, 1 kg of silver sold at Rs 56,150. While in Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad, 1 kg of silver sells at Rs 61,000. Spot silver eased 0.2 per cent to $18.63 per ounce.
