Hyderabad-based Kore.ai announced on January 30 that the enterprise conversational and generative AI platform has secured $150 million in a funding round led by FTV Capital, with participation from NVIDIA.
Existing investors, including Vistara Growth, Sweetwater PE, NextEquity, Nicola, and Beedie, also participated in this funding round.
The company said that the latest funding round will accelerate its market expansion and innovation to drive AI-powered customer and employee experiences for global brands and deliver tangible business and human value at scale.
Kore.ai offers an enterprise-grade no-code platform to help companies power business interactions with AI safely and responsibly while driving significant revenue growth and cost efficiencies.
The company’s first growth phase has mostly been fueled by enterprise sales. It said that it automates 450 million interactions a day for about 200 million consumers and two million enterprise users worldwide through AI virtual assistants.
