Ford India has launched Freestyle, an upgraded version of the Figo in the premium hatchback segment, priced at Rs.5.09 lakh (base petrol version, ex-showroom).
The Freestyle is available in petrol and diesel options having 4 variants each. The top-end petrol variant costs Rs.6.94 lakh. The base version of the diesel costs Rs.6.09 lakh, and the top-end version is priced at Rs.7.89 lakh.
Freestyle has an all-new 1.2 litre three-cylinder petrol engine that generates peak power of 96ps. The diesel version comes has a 1.5 litre, 4-cylinder engine that generates 100bhp of peak power. Both versions will be mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
Furthermore, the car will be produced at Ford’s Sanand factory and will be exported to Europe and Africa. It will be available in 6 colors.
