Essel Propack in its meeting held on April 26, has recommended bonus issue of equity shares in the ratio of 1:1.
This means 1 equity share will be issued for every 1 share held by the shareholders of the company, as on the record date/date fixed for the purpose of buyback, subject to the approval of the members.
Further, the company has also recommended dividend of Rs.2.40 per equity share for the financial year 2017-18.
