Shares of Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Ltd were trading in the green and 2% higher on 8 February after the company received an order from Vimaan Aerospace for the supply of Agricultural Spraying Drones by signing an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding).
In its regulatory filing, the company said that the order involves supplying state-of-the-art agricultural spraying drones.
The filing added, “This order represents a significant milestone not only for both companies but also for the advancement of drone technology across various sectors. With this order, DroneAcharya is primed to embark on a journey of delivering unparalleled services and solutions in a multitude of domains.”
Prateek Srivastava, Founder and Managing Director at DroneAcharya, said, “This order serves as a stepping stone for DroneAcharya and Vimaan Aerospace as we plan to leverage our combined expertise and resources to meet the evolving needs of diverse industries. Our planned activities extend to solutions like Survey and Surveillance, Solar Panel Cleaning, Windmill Maintenance, Facade Cleaning, and Defense, among other promising avenues.”
The company plans to leverage this strategic alliance with Vimaan and capitalise on the vast opportunity of Viman’s expansive network.
