On Friday Direct to home (DTH) service provider Dish TV has appointed Arun Kumar Kapoor as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from November 23.

Dish TV said in a BSE filing that “the company at its meeting today approved the appointment of Arun Kumar Kapoor as the CEO of the company with effect from November 23, 2015”.

Arun Kumar Kapoor has been also nominated as a ‘Key Managerial Personnel’ of the company under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement.
