Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of Rs 1 each for the financial year 2015-16.
Colgate Palmolive has said in a BSE filing that “The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on March 28, 2016, has declared a third interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of Rs 1 for the financial year ending March 31, 2016.”
The aforesaid interim dividend will be paid on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs 27.20 crore involving a total pay-out of Rs 98.20 crore.
