Allegations have been rejected by the Competition Commission of India that Nissan Motor abused its dominant position in terms of after-sales services.
A complained had been claimed by a car buyer that there was deficiency in service for the faulty engine, apart from alleging that further damage was caused due to negligent handling.
The Competition Commission of India, in its order has that to make a case of dominance by an entity, the dominant enterprise has to be shown to have abused such position in the relevant market.
