On Wednesday, BPCL fell for a fifth straight session. The stock is quoted at Rs 295.1, down 0.22 per cent. The benchmark NIFTY is up around 0.15 per cent. The Sensex is at 59156.33, up 0.33 per cent. BPCL lost around 8.61 per cent in September. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd has eased around 6.73 per cent in September and is currently quoting at 25779.55, up 0.31 per cent on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 13.95 lakh shares on 19 October 2022, compared to the daily average of 33.26 lakh shares in September.
In the October futures contract, the stock’s benchmark is at Rs 296, down 0.32 per cent.
