Auto parts and machinery manufacturer Bharat Forge Limited released their quarterly financial report of the current fiscal year with a strong performance. They reported 33.9% rise in net standalone profit to Rs. 234.46 crore against Rs. 175.08 crore of the previous year same quarter.
The Pune-based Indian Multinational company reported 23.2% jump in total revenue of Rs. 1479.66 crore as comparison to revenue of Rs.1200.79 crore of the previous fiscal year same quarter. Total revenue was backed up by strong domestic as well as export businesses. The company’s EBITDA ( Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation & Amortization ) grew by 28.8% to Rs.462.86 crore from Rs. 359.24 crore of the Q1 FY18.
The company stated that the Q1 FY19 was the seventh consecutive quarter of sequential growth, driven by combination of de-risk business model and end-market growth.
