Bharat Dynamics files IPO papers

Bharat Dynamics has filed draft papers with Sebi to float an initial public offer (IPO).

The company was established in 1970 and it manufactures guided missiles and allied defense equipment. At the end of March, 2017, the company’s net worth was at Rs.2,212.46 crore.

Further, as per the draft papers, Bharat Dynamics’s IPO will have sale of equity shares by the government and this public issue will help company in achieving the gains of listing. The company’s public issue will be manged by SBI Capital Markets, IDBI Capital Markets & Securities and Yes Securities.
