Bajaj Finance has raised Rs 490 crore through issuance of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.
It has said in a BSE filing that the Debenture Allotment Committee of the company at its meeting allotted 4,900 unsecured subordinated redeemable non-convertible debentures.
The company has said that the allotment of NCDs of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregates to Rs 490 crore.
