Aurobindo Pharma has got the US health regolator’s approval for manufacturing and marketing generic Norethindrone Acetate tablets in the American market.
Aurobindo Pharma said in a statement that the company has got the final approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) to manufacture and market Norethindrone Acetate tablets in the strength of 5 mg.
It further said that “The approved product has an estimated market size of USD 24 million for the 12 months ending November 2015 according to IMS.”
