The US health regulator has provided its final approval to Aurobindo Pharma for manufacturing abacavir sulfate and lamivudine tablets that are used in treatment of HIV.
Aurobindo Pharma has said in a BSE filing that “The company has received final approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) to manufacture abacavir sulfate and lamivudine tablets, 600 mg/300 mg.”
According to the company, the product is being launched immediately.
