Ashoka Buildcon has been declared as the lowest bidder (L-1), for two projects of Ministry of Road Transport & Highway ( MoRT&H).
It had given its bid to MoRT&H via Public Works Department, National Highway (P.W.D), Maharashtra for projects including upgradation of Jalgaon-Bhadgaon (section I) of NH 753 J to two lane with paved shoulders, in Maharashtra on EPC mode. It has also received project for upgradation of Bhadgaon-Chalisgaon (section II)of NH 753 J, in Maharashtra on EPC mode. The total cost for both the projects quoted by the company is Rs.447.51 crore.
Furthermore, the board of directors have also given approval to the declaration of interim dividend, for FY 2017-18 of 80 paise per equity share of the face value of Rs.5 each fully paid and March 28,2018 has been fixed as the record date and the payment/dispatch of dividend warrants will be completed within 30 days of declaration of interim dividend i.e on or before April 19,2018.
