Non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating to Rs 670 crore has been bought back by Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone.
APSEZ has said in a BSE filing that “The company has today bought back 3,483 non-convertible debentures.”
The company has said that NCDs aggregating to Rs 500 crore have been bought back by it that due to mature on April 28. It has also bought back 594 NCDs aggregating to Rs 170 crore due to mature on September 15.
