Amulya Leasing and Finance’s promoter sold stake in the company. Promoter, Sameer Gupta sold more than 35% stake in the firm through an open market transaction.

The stake was divested for more than Rs.98 crore. As per the bulk deal data available with BSE, Gupta sold 17,62,991 shares of the company, which represented 35.25% stake of the company.
