The non banking financial services arm of Adani group has invested Rs.100 crore in BSCPL Infrastructure. The infrastructure firm is mainly in the business of road construction.
The company in a release stated that, the company has made a structured investment of Rs.100 crore in Hyderabad based BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd.
Shamod Madanmohan, Executive Director, Adani Capital stated, “Part of the funding would be retired out from the proceeds of a BOT (built, operate and transfer) asset sale which shall consummate post the completion of the project.”
