On Friday, ACC Ltd’s share has traded 1.32 per cent down at Rs 1320.15, even as BSE benchmark Sensex dropped 473.49 points to 38517.45. The scrip had settled at Rs 1337.85 in the previous session. The stock quoted a 52-week low of Rs 1707.7 and Rs 895.5, respectively.

As per BSE data, total traded volume on the counter till 12:04 PM (IST) stood at 12:04 PM shares with turnover at Rs 1.42 crore. At the prevailing price, shares of the company traded at 21.24 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 62.29 per share and 2.15 times its price-to-book value, BSE data showed.

The higher price earning ratio shows investors are willing to pay a higher share price today because of growth expectations in the future. The price-to-book value indicates the inherent value of a company and is the measure of the price that investors are ready to pay even for no growth in the business. The Beta value of the stock, which measures its volatility concerning the broader market, stood at 1.31.
