AI-powered risk management and compliance startup, SignalX has raised Rs 6 crore in its first funding round from three investors including India’s first idea-phase accelerator VC fund, 9Unicorns and US-based VC fund, 3Lines VC.

With the investment from 3Lines VC, Rajiv Roy will be joining the board of SignalX. He is venture partner at 3Lines as US-based VC fund has Hyderabad Angels as a co-investor.
“Our due diligence AI is purpose-built to help risk management professionals across industries execute a broad range of analyses and deal with a multitude of regulator data streams to generate defendable risk assessments on counterparties and third-parties. We will leverage the funding to strengthen our core team and expand our customer base,” said CEO and Co-Founder, SignalX, Govind Balachandran.
The startup hopes to become a go-to platform for risk management professionals to provide financial, legal, compliance and reputational analysis on any target. The firm’s financial and legal analysts help customers with unrivalled automation and research capabilities to analyse targets in fraction of time.
