Newgen Software Technologies has received work order worth Rs.63.93 crore.

The work order received by the company is for document management system (DMS) and digitization project of the records of District and Subordinate courts in Maharashtra on turnkey basis, subject to approval of pilot phase.

The work order relates to digitization of Judicial Records for Rs.63,93,24,000 and the work order does not fall within the definition of related party transaction as specified in the companies Act, 2013. Further, none of the promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the work order and the duration of the work order is for 3 years.
