Suzlon, a renewable energy solutions provider has got 226.8 MW wind power project order from a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP).
The company has said in a statement that the order is consisting of 108 units of S111 90m tubular tower with having rated capacity of 2.1 MW.
The location of the project would be in Andhra Pradesh’s Anantapur district, and has been scheduled to complete by March 2017.
According to the statement, “the project has the potential to provide power to over 1,20,000 households and reduce 0.48 million tonnes of CO2 emissions per annum.”
