On Thursday, the market regulator SEBI has added 16 more land parcels of Sahara group, with a reserve price of Rs 1,245 crore, to the list of properties to be auctioned next month to recover funds.
It has taken the total number of properties of the group to be auctioned to 42 with a combined reserve price of Rs 4,345 crore.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), in a separate notices on Thursday said that SBI Caps will auction eight properties on July 20 at a reserve price of over Rs 666 crore, while HDFC Realty would conduct an e-auction for another eight properties on July 18 at a price of Rs 579 crore.
