Lupin has reported a profit after tax growth of 47.53 percent to Rs 807 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2016.
The company, during the same quarter of last fiscal reported PAT of Rs 547 crore.
The net sales for March quarter stood at Rs 4,091 crore as against Rs 3,054 crore, signifying a jump of 34 percent.
The net sales has crossed the Rs 4,000 crore mark for first time.
Margins increased to 33.4 percent against 25.9 percent (YoY).
The EBITDA stood at Rs 1,368 crore compared with Rs 790 crore.
An announcement of final dividend of Rs 7.5 per equity share has been made by the company.
