The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has given its approval to Syngenta for selling its manufacturing facility in Goa to Deccan Fine Chemicals.
The Visakhapatnam based company will be acquiring Syngenta India Ltd’s (SIL) agrochemical manufacturing facility located at Corlim Goa under the deal.
As per the latest information on the regulator’s website, the deal has been approved by CCI.
According to the details, the facility of SIL at Goa, including its assets, licences and permits, assumed liabilities and employees will be transferred to Deccan Fine Chemicals on a going concern basis.
