SEBI has ordered attachment of bank accounts, demat accounts and mutual fund folios of Shree Sai Spaces Creation and Wasankar Wealth management on account of violation of capital market norms.
This step is part of SEBI’s efforts for recovering dues worth over Rs 50 crore collectively from both the companies.
The attachment of bank accounts, demat accounts and MF folios has been ordered by SEBI on Shree Sai Spaces Creations to recover Rs 39,22,03,162 due to the investors, while Wasankar Wealth management owes Rs 12,89,01,000.
Fine imposed along with interest, charges, expenses and other costs has been included in the pending dues.
