The new reserve, Ratap Tiger Reserve, is located in Madhya Pradesh.

Union Minister Bhupender Yadav praised PM Modi’s focus on wildlife protection alongside economic growth and commended NTCA for its efforts in tiger conservation.

He congratulated the people of Madhya Pradesh and wildlife enthusiasts on the new Ratap Tiger Reserve.

In November, Yadav announced Guru Ghasidas-Tamor Pingla in Chhattisgarh as India’s 56th tiger reserve. The reserve covers 2,829 sq km, reflecting India’s commitment to a green future with human-animal harmony.
